PROJERA, has been established in 2005 as an independent management support center by a group of evangelist equipped with strong management knowledge and experience. In the end of 2008, PROJERA Board of Directors have decided to consolidate all the research & development activities that have been going on for three years and form a more institutionalized structure to increase the effectiveness and performance of the organization.
From the beginning, the mission of PROJERA has been set as integrating solid management methodologies and approaches with business processes in practice, and forming a collection of interdisciplinary roadmaps to enable organizations apply management science into practice. PROJERA defines its value proposition in terms of a collection of management areas including strategy, product, project, operation and technology management. PROJERA aims to achieve its mission by providing professional consultancy, training and outsourcing services as well as by developing a strong professional network which produces direct output for management science and practice.
All the experience gained by PROJERA consultants during consultancy studies done within various industries and enterprises, is accumulated under PROJERA Management Library and continiously improved to reach a form of solid and practical management technique.
